We believe in the ultimate truth and authority of God’s revelation to man in the person of his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ as conveyed to us through his Word, the Holy Bible.
We believe that when man repents of his sin through the grace of God and by the power of the Holy Spirit placing his faith in Christ alone and in his atoning work on the cross, he is born anew from above and given the grace and hope of eternal life.
We believe that God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
We believe that Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him. And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know him who is true; and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and eternal life.
We believe that God has revealed himself to us in three persons: The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and that Jesus, the Son of God, took upon himself our nature when he became flesh, being conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, was crucified for our sins, was dead and buried, and on the third day was raised to life again by the power of the Holy Spirit. He now lives and reigns together with the Father in Heaven from whence he will come again to judge the living and the dead.
We look forward to his second coming and until such time it is our goal to occupy ourselves in obedience to the commission he gave to his church by continuing to make disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that he has commanded us. This we do only through the power, guidance, and gifts of the indwelling Holy Spirit that was given to the church on the day of Pentecost.
